1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Linkit's eCommerce automation platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Services, including but not limited to our website, API, mobile applications, and any related services.
2. Description of Services
Linkit provides an eCommerce automation platform that enables businesses to:
- Synchronize inventory across multiple sales channels
- Manage orders from different platforms in a unified dashboard
- Automate business operations and workflows
- Access analytics and reporting tools
- Integrate with various eCommerce platforms and marketplaces
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Fixed Monthly Billing
Our Services are billed at a flat rate of 100 per branch per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any pricing changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice.
5.2 Payment Terms
- All fees are quoted in Saudi Riyals unless otherwise specified
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- Monthly charges are based on the number of branches under your organization
- All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
5.3 Late Payments
Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Linkit and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or transmit through our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for:
- The availability or accuracy of third-party services
- The content, products, or services offered by third parties
- Your use of or reliance on any third-party services
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
9. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded from uptime calculations.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkit, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws
12. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms:
- By providing 30 days' written notice
- Immediately upon material breach by the other party
- As required by law or court order
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and you must pay any outstanding fees. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Services at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Linkit regarding the use of our Services.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
