Key Commercial Terms

• 100 SAR per month per branch (excluding VAT) for the core platform line unless your organization is on an approved flat-fee plan.
• Enjoy a flexible bundle of included integrations—usually from 4 apps up to 8, depending on your organization size. Beyond that, extra apps are priced from 0 SAR (free extensions) up to 100 SAR per month per active branch before VAT (Salla and Zid stacks often default around 50 SAR).
• VAT is applied as per Saudi regulations.
• You may add or remove branches at any time; billing follows your branch configuration for each billing period.
• If you remove a branch during a calendar month, that branch remains billable for the full month — charges are not prorated downward for mid-period removals.
• Payments are due monthly in advance.
• After the contractual grace window, overdue billing suspends API access, dashboard use, schedulers, and integrations until balances are cleared; integrations may be auto-paused and cannot be re-enabled until billing is healthy.
